Gender Pay Gap Reporting

From the 6th April 2017, companies with over 250 employees must reporting their gender pay gap through the government website and also publish this on their website.

Arch Finance provides payroll services to agency workers across the UK and as such we are required to publish this information.

If you would like to access the report, you can find it here:

https://gender-pay-gap.service.gov.uk/Employer/SoQrdDdw

Or if this link has expired then you can search the government website and look for Arch Finance Ltd here:

https://gender-pay-gap.service.gov.uk/

For context, Arch Finance engages with agency workers and the remuneration of agency workers is determined through negotiation and discussions between the agency worker, the recruitment business and of course the end client.

That said, gender pay gap reporting is of critical importance and we wholeheartedly support this transparency and process.

We hope that through this transparency, equality and diversity can be improved and developed in all places where people work or live.

We are proud to support Gender Pay Gap Reporting.
