From the 6^th April 2017, companies with over 250 employees must reporting their gender pay gap through the government website and also publish this on their website.

For context, Arch Finance engages with agency workers and the remuneration of agency workers is determined through negotiation and discussions between the agency worker, the recruitment business and of course the end client.
